It is wet along channel (main channel) and is private in its uppermost reaches. The private section has a cattle enclosure, with stubble and dung. Part of the lower eastern stringer also has fencing - unclear whether remnant fencing of if section is also private. - Below the upper eastern stringer private land, meadow vegetation area becomes narrower moving down channel until pinched by natural, sloped embankments - Western stringer has a slightly inset floodplain along secondary channel with a terrace slightly above it. The terrace has meadow vegetation, though is quite dry. - The Little Truckee River runs along the northern delineation of the meadow and has terraces and riparian vegetation. Some meadow vegetation, but only in small swaths. Dry. - 89 runs along the eastern delineation of the meadow - Delineated area is partially private, partially forest land, partially TNC. The boundaries are unclear from signage/ground truthing.
